Is this just another recruitment agency?
No. Most agencies work for the hiring company to fill a seat as fast as possible. We work as a studio, we focus on the individual’s career structure to make sure the placement actually sticks for the long haul.
What does "Architrave" mean?
It’s a term from classical architecture for the beam that sits above a door or a column. It represents the point of entry and the support for the structure. We chose it because that’s exactly what we provide for your career.
