About the Job

Global Content Hub under the OC (Organizational Culture) department is committed to producing quality content for a global audience of employees with the objective of communicating organizational management philosophies and promoting employees' understanding and practice of our shared values in a highly diversified, globalized and dynamic organization. Responsibilities
1. Support visual design for employment branding initiatives, translating company culture into engaging external-facing content.
2. Design for external channels including social media, employer branding platforms, and offline events.
3. Contribute to employer branding campaigns by developing creative assets that are consistent across multiple touch points.
4. Work end-to-end from concept to execution, collaborating with cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications Minimum Qualifications
1. Major in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts or a related field.
2. 5 or more years of experience in graphic design, with exposure to external-facing content such as social media, campaigns, or brand communications.
3. Strong visual sensibility with an understanding of design trends, layouts, and content storytelling for digital platforms.
4. Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality visual design and ability to translate ideas into engaging content.
5. Good collaboration skills, able to understand briefs and deliver across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications
1. Bachelor's or above ideally in Graphic Design or a related field.
2. Proficiency in design tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, Figma); basic motion or video editing skills is a plus.
3. Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
