We’re looking for a Growth / Landing Page Designer to own the design and execution of landing pages that drive revenue across paid acquisition funnels.

This is not a traditional UX or brand design role.

We need a direct-response growth marketer in designer’s clothing — someone who understands funnel psychology, offer framing, conversion levers, and how to use data to design experiences that win.

About the Job

• Design, build, and iterate on paid landing pages across formats including:
long-form sales pages, offer pages, advertorials, listicles, quizzes, and hybrid PDPs

• Translate growth strategy and direct-response principles into polished, conversion-focused page experiences

• Ensure every page blends premium trust-building health branding with performance-first design

• Apply proven conversion psychology levers:
urgency, scarcity, risk reversal, testimonials, guarantees, authority, and price anchoring

• Structure pages with storytelling flow:
problem → agitation → solution → proof → offer → CTA

• Balance aggressive performance marketing with credibility and compliance required in health/wellness

• Measure and quantify design impact through metrics such as:
CVR, ROAS, CPA, AOV, LTV, bounce rate, click-through rate, and engagement depth
