Candidates with over five years of experience in top-tier consulting or finance firms are invited to transform complex data into clear, brand-aligned presentations while providing the expert feedback necessary to refine AI design capabilities. No prior AI experience is required; instead, we prioritize your proven track record in visual storytelling, attention to detail, and ability to deliver error-free, client-ready materials in a remote, deadline-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Create visually compelling and highly polished presentations, leveraging advanced PowerPoint and design skills to meet the highest standards set by top consulting or finance firms.

2. Collaborate with the customer's team to transform complex concepts and data into clear, engaging visual narratives.

3. Review, critique, and enhance existing presentation materials for clarity, consistency, and brand alignment.

4. Provide expert feedback that will help guide the training of AI systems to better understand design and communication best practices.

5. Ensure all deliverables adhere to established style guides and client specifications.

6. Stay up-to-date on the latest presentation design trends and tools, incorporating best-in-class approaches into your work.

7. Communicate closely with project managers and team members to ensure all requirements are met and deadlines are achieved.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. 5+ years of experience designing high-impact presentations for leading consulting or finance firms.

2. Expert-level proficiency in PowerPoint and familiarity with other design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.

3. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex material into compelling visual stories.

4. Keen attention to detail and a strong sense of visual hierarchy and layout.
